Please join us as we celebrate the retirement of our beloved friend and colleague, Jorg Hruschka.

For more than 30 years, Jorg has dedicated himself to serving our communities — building relationships, mentoring leaders, and leaving a lasting impact throughout Fort Lauderdale. To honor his extraordinary service and contributions, we invite you to join us:

Idlewyld’s Annual 4th of July Parade

For nearly 50 years, the Idlewyld neighborhood has celebrated the 4th of July with a very special parade around the neighborhood. We meet at 9 am at the home of Dick and Karen Owen, with pets, bikes, wagons, strollers, golf carts, and, of course, all of us decorated for our nation’s birthday.
