| About / Description: | Middle River Terrace is a welcoming neighborhood that celebrates in it’s diversity, located a short distance from the Beach, Downtown, I-95, Wilton Manors and Sunrise Middle School. Our neighborhood includes the Middle River Terrace Park, South Fork of the Middle River and Fort Lauderdale High School. Our neighborhood has 2 exciting projects that have been approved for construction: The 13th Street Improvement project that is in the planning stages and the Dixie Highway improvement project that planning has been approved and will include bike lanes, sidewalks, crosswalks, traffic calming devices, entrance monuments and landscaping. |
