CENSUS 2020 Materials to Share

On 1/14/2020 the CFLCA General Membership meeting included a presentation on Census 2020 by Jaqueline H. Arroyo, Partnership Specialist – Broward County, U.S. Census Bureau, Atlanta Regional Census Center

Ms. Arroyo closed by reminding members the importance of Census 2020 participation.  An example of language to use on Social Media is noted at the end of this post.

The City of Fort Lauderdale Public Works Water and Wastewater Operations Section consists of the Distribution and Collection Division responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and improvement of the water distribution, wastewater collection, and pumping system. The Treatment Division provides our neighbors with safe and efficient water treatment, water production, and wastewater treatment and disposal. Additionally, the Division’s Environmental Laboratory, accredited through the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Certification, provides sampling and testing services to the City and its large users 365 days a year.

Vacation Rentals

The City regularly updates the Vacation Rental reports for all districts.  The City website lists registered properties by district and enforcement cases by district.  Please send all complaints regarding any suspected illegal operation of vacation rentals to [email protected]. Please include the property address and supporting photos or documentation to validate your complaint.

QUESTIONS FROM CFLCA MEMBERS ON PARKS BOND TOPIC FOR NOV 2019 GM
