EDGEWOOD is a culturally diverse, tree-lined residential neighborhood located just south of State Road #84 (now known as Marina Mile Blvd).  We are home to the beautiful Snyder Park, the historic Floyd-Hull little-league baseball complex, and our own Passive Park.  Our two largest houses of worship include: New Life United Methodist Church and Saint Jerome Catholic Church.  We are a very people orientated organization dedicated to improving community amenities and guiding the tremendous amount of re-development planned for our area.  We’ve been hosting pot luck dinners and community yard sales, and other events to help promote neighbor interactions and an atmosphere of friendship.  We also publish our neighborhood newsletter on a monthly basis.  We currently have about 1250 homes and we are growing to become more than 1306 homes, within the next two years.  We are located close to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Port Everglades, I-95, and I-595, and Fort Lauderdale Beach.
