| About / Description: | The Landings is located in the Northeast section of Fort Lauderdale. Every one of our 364 single family homes are located on the water. Construction of the Landings homes began in 1961 and over the years many of the homes have been renovated to provide us with beautiful examples of the older architectural styles along with elegant modern designs. Boating is an important activity in the neighborhood with many deep water moorings. There is limited access to the area and walking and biking are popular past times. The Landings Homeowners Association is instrumental in beautifying the streets and entrances which enhances the attractive décor of the neighborhood. |
